Das Seminar führt anhand der vergleichenden Diskussion um die Entwicklung und Bedeutung von Zivilgesellschaft und sozialen Bewegungen in Afrika, Asien und Lateinamerika in einen wichtigen Aspekt der aktuellen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit ein. Wie gestaltet sich sozialer Wandel?
Welche Rolle spielen Zivilgesellschaft, soziale Bewegungen und die Mittelschichten in der Gestaltung der nationalen Politik? Welche Bedeutung kann Ihnen für eine (nachhaltige) Entwicklung und einen sozialen Wandel zugeschrieben werden? Welche Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten gibt es zwischen den Fallbeispielen hinsichtlich der Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten?
