Allgemeines Verwaltungsrecht: 7 Wochen
Polizei- u. Ordnungsrecht: 3 Wochen
Kommunal- u. Baurecht: 5 WochenIn dem Teil des Repetitoriums, der dem Allgemeinen Verwaltungsrecht gilt, werden auf der Grundlage einer knappen Wiederholung von Basiswissen examensrelevante Probleme aus diesen Rechtsgebieten vornehmlich in Fallbesprechungen behandelt. Daneben werden Bezüge zum Verfassungsrecht und Verwaltungsprozessrecht wiederholt.
Literatur: wird im Kurs bekannt gegeben
