In diesem Seminar werden wir uns mit Beziehungen in Praxisphasen auseinandersetzen. Es soll konkret darum gehen Konstrukte wie 'Mentoring' theoretisch zu beleuchten und im Rahmen von Praxiserfahrungen kritisch zu hinterfragen. Es kann dementsprechend von Vorteil sein, wenn einige Teilnehmende bereits das Praxissemester absolviert haben, um auf eigene Erfahrungen zurückgreifen zu können. Zudem wird in diesem Kontext das Theorie-Praxis-Verhältnis beleuchtet, um den Stellenwert von 'Praxis' herauszuarbeiten und kritisch zu hinterfragen. Das Seminar lässt in diesem Horizont vor allem die Möglichkeit zur Mitgestaltung und zum theoretisch fundierten Austausch unterschiedlicher Praxiserfahrungen der Teilnehmenden.
