Der Begriff der Innovation ist gesellschaftlich positiv besetzt, verspricht er doch eine Wende hin zum Besseren. In der Weiterbildungslandschaft ist schon länger ein Trend in Richtung innovativer Programmlinien auszumachen. Dies liegt nicht zuletzt daran, dass die öffentliche Hand zunehmend Programme ins Leben ruft, die innovative Ansätze fördern.
In diesem Seminar werden wir uns zunächst mit dem gesellschaftlichen Innovationsdiskurs auseinandersetzen und pädagogisch-didaktische Innovationsmerkmale im Feld der Weiterbildung identifizieren.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt in der verstärkten Auseinandersetzung mit dem Konzept der Lernkultur. Lernkultur ist überall dort ausgeprägt, wo Lernen stattfindet und wo Interaktions- und Kommunikationsformen aller Mitglieder auf allen Ebenen mit einbezogen sind. In diesem Zusammenhang werden wir uns auch mit Fragen der Lernkulturanalyse auseinandersetzen.Vorausgesetzt wird die Bereitschaft, sich in Form von Projekten mit dem Thema auseinandersetzen.
Hinweise zu Studienleistungen, Seminarplanung und Literatur werden in der ersten Sitzung gegeben.
