Dieses Seminar ist Teil II einer Seminarreihe zur Qualifikation von Online-Moderator*innen im der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung. In diesem Seminar geht es um die didaktische Umsetzung von Interaktionsprozessen in virtuellen Räumen am Beispiel von Online-Moderationen. Es beschäftigt sich also grundlegend mit der Frage, wie Online-Lernprozesse durch Moderator*innen methodisch gestaltet und kommunikativ begleitet werden können.
In dem Seminar sollen exemplarisch reale online-unterstützte Moderationsangebote entwickelt und durchgeführt werden. Dadurch sollen technologische, mediendidaktische und medienkommunikative Kompetenzen entwickelt werden. Sie liefert so den konkreten Anwendungsbezug das Seminar (250236) Online Moderation I: Digitale Lernräume in der Weiterbildung und ist mit diesem strukturell verknüpft. Daher ist die Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme, dass Sie auch diese Veranstaltung besuchen.
In (Teil I) geht es um die Rolle des Lehrenden in der Weiterbildung, die sich in den letzten Jahren, nicht zuletzt aufgrund konstruktivistischer Erkenntnisse vom Wissensvermittler zum Lernprozessbegleiter (Lernberater*in, Moderator*in, etc.) verändert hat. Hinzu kommt, dass Lernprozesse zunehmend in online-unterstützte Lernszenarien eingebettet sind. In dieser Veranstaltung sollen die theoretischen Grundlagen geschaffen werden, eigene Online-Moderationen für den Bereich der (Weiter-)Bildung planen, durchführen und begleiten zu können. Hierzu sollen für Lehren und Lernen im virtuellen Raum relevante lerntheoretische, lehrtheoretische und mediendidaktische Ansätze thematisiert werden.
Es wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind, sich im Rahmen von Projektaufgaben zu engagieren.
