270082 Diagnostik, Befundung und Begutachtung - Kurs A (S) (SoSe 2024)

Im Seminar werden in zwei Teilen (1) der diagnostische Prozess sowie (2) die Theorie und Praxis der Gutachtenerstellung vertieft und erprobt.
In einem gemeinsamen ersten Teil werden in allen Kursen (A-E) besondere Herausforderungen im diagnostischen Prozess (z. B. Suizidalität, Anzeichen von Kindeswohlgefährdung und Anzeichen von Gewalterfahrungen) sowie die Erhebung von Verlaufs- und Veränderungsprozessen thematisiert. Zudem werden exemplarisch gutachterliche Fragestellungen ausgewählt aus den Bereichen Arbeits-, Berufs- und Erwerbsunfähigkeit, Familien- oder Strafrecht behandelt.
Der zweite Teil des Seminars dient zur Vertiefung einer dieser Fragestellungen. In den Kursen (A-E) wird jeweils eine spezifische gutachterliche Fragestellung vertieft und die eigenständige Gutachtenerstellung anhand eines Fallbeispiel vorbereitet. In diesem Rahmen beschäftigen wir uns auch mit den Vorgaben für das psychologisch-psychotherapeutische Gutachten, welches in der BQTIII durchgeführt und verfasst werden muss.

In diesem Kurs wird ein Gutachten aus dem Bereich der Neuropsychologie vertieft. Wir werden erarbeiten, welche kognitiven und psychischen Beeinträchtigungen nach einem Schädel-Hirn-Trauma in Folge eines Arbeitsunfalls entstanden sind und inwieweit diese eine Minderung der Erwerbsfähigkeit begründen.
