Contents, comment

Due to the ongoing pandemic, this seminar will be done mostly online (synchronous zooms) with one session at the beginning potentially in-person.

In this class, we will focus on issues related to different aspects of teaching and learning English as a foreign language in the institutional context of compulsory schooling. We will focus on a number of subject matter-related issues depending on your research interests. In doing so, we will cover the basics of classroom research needed for your practical term, develop research questions, and draft one research project.
