230018 Elektrophysiologie der Sprache (S) (SoSe 2024)

Nach einer Einführung in die historisch-theoretischen Grundlagen der Elektrophysiologie werden Stimulations- und Ableitemethoden vorgestellt, die zur Untersuchung von Sprachprozessen verwendet werden. Im Mittelpunkt stehen hier die Gleichstromstimulation (tDCS) und die Elektroenzephalografie (EEG). Danach werden die Bedeutung der Analyse ereigniskorrelierter Potentiale und die aktuelle Relevanz der Untersuchung von EEG-Oszillationen für die Untersuchung von Kognition und Sprache aufgezeigt. Weiterhin werden wichtige experimentelle Studien zu sprachrelevanten Aspekten dargestellt und deren Aussagekraft im Rahmen von Referaten diskutiert.
