250302 Partizipation in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe (S) (SoSe 2018)

Partizipation wird in Arbeitsfeldern der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe als fachliches Prinzip festgeschrieben und rechtlich gefordert. Auf der Ebene der Organisationen und dem institutionellen Verständnis variieren die Umsetzung von Partizipation und die Modelle in ihrer Verwirklichung. Vor allem im Bereich des Kinderschutzes soll beleuchtet werden, wie Partizipation der Adressat*innen gelingen kann und welche Herausforderungen an Fachkräfte gestellt werden, um Beteiligung im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe zu ermöglichen. In diesem Seminar werden unter Einbeziehung der unterschiedlichen sozialpädagogischen Handlungsfelder Partizipationschancen von Adressat*innen der Sozialen Arbeit diskutiert und anhand von Praxiskonzepten veranschaulicht.
