Wissen, was man tut“ gilt als eine der Anforderungen an Pädagogische Professionalität. Wissen, was getan wird, und mit Bezug auf respektables Wissen (und das heißt nicht zuletzt (erziehungs-)wissenschaftliches Wissen) auswiesen können, warum getan wird, was getan wird, oder es unterlässt. Das ist eine Anforderung, deren Bedeutung und Sinn wir in der Veranstaltung kennen lernen, würdigen und diskutieren werden. Dabei werden wir die Grenzen der Auffassung, dass pädagogische Professionalität sich auf die „Anwendung von Wissen“ beschränkt, erkunden und solche Ansätze diskutieren, die Professionalität als auch und grundlegend von Nicht-Wissen(-Können) charakterisiert verstehen und insofern davon ausgehen, dass wir es hier mit einer von Ungewissheit und Unbestimmtheit geprägten Handlungsform zu tun zu haben.
