Die Absolventin und der Absolvent arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Gesundheitsberufen auf der Grundlage gegenseitigen Respekts und gemeinsamer Werte zusammen.

Sie berücksichtigen die Diversität der einzelnen Mitglieder im Team und der PatientInnen und pflegen den werteorientierten Umgang miteinander. Sie können eine offene, wertschätzende und respektvolle Haltung bei der Übergabe/Übernahme einnehmen und aufrechterhalten.

Sie kommunizieren innerhalb des Teams zur gemeinsamen Aufgabenbewältigung. Sie können eine Patientenübergabe an Angehörige der Pflegefachpersonen, problembezogen, strukturiert und zielgruppenorientiert unter Verwendung geeigneter Fachsprache und Medien (einschließlich Verständniskontrolle) durchführen.


Gemeinsam üben Studierende der Hochschule Bielefeld aus dem Studienbereich Gesundheit und Medizinstudierende der Universität Bielefeld eine strukturierte Übergabe in der Simulation.
