In der Veranstaltung werden ausgewählte Delikte gegen Persönlichkeits- und Gemeinschaftswerte (Straftaten gegen Individualrechtsgüter und gegen Rechtsgüter der Allgemeinheit) erörtert.
Die Einübung des straftatsystematischen Aufbaus erfolgt in der begleitenden Arbeitsgemeinschaft im Rahmen von Falllösungen.
Leistungsnachweise:
Angeboten werden eine Semesterabschlussklausur sowie eine Hausarbeit.
