261009 Schopenhauer, Über die Grundlage der Moral (S) (WiSe 2014/2015)

Contents, comment

Ausgehend von einer Kritik an Kants Ethik entwickelt Schopenhauer in der Preisschrift über die Grundlage der Moral seine eigene Konzeption einer Mitleidsmoral. Sowohl die kritischen als auch die konstruktiven Aspekte der Schrift sollen im Seminar besprochen werden.
Die Veranstaltung schließt an mein Seminar über Kants „Grundlegung zur Metaphysik der Sitten“ im Sommersemester 2014 an. Kenntnisse der Kantischen Ethik sind hilfreich und wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung können maximal 15 Hausarbeiten geschrieben werden.
