„Seit vielen Jahren wird in allen Konzeptionen der stationären Erziehungshilfe ("Heimerziehung") wie selbstverständlich von der Partizipation oder Beteiligung der Adressaten gesprochen. Doch wie geht das und warum ist dies pädagogisch überhaupt notwendig? Was bedeutet ePartizipation? Was hat dieser fachliche Standard mit der Diskussion zur Heimerziehung der 50er/60er-Jahre zu tun? Im Kontext der Diskussionen zu einem verbesserten Schutz der Mädchen und Jungen vor Gewalt in der Erziehungshilfe wird außerdem ganz zentral eine Einrichtungskultur der Grenzwahrung gefordert. Doch wie kann diese pädagogische Handlungsorientierung gelingen? Im Seminar werden allgemeine Überlegungen zu solch einem Pädagogikverständnis der Beteiligung und Grenzwahrung sowie die konkreten Umsetzungsideen in der Ev. Jugendhilfe Schweicheln (Kreis Herford) dargestellt und diskutiert. Teil des Seminars ist ein Besuch in der Ev. Jugendhilfe Schweicheln (am Fr. 26. und Sa. 27.01.24), per Bahn gut zu erreichen, Bahnhof: "Hiddenhausen-Schweicheln").“
