In der Veranstaltung werden die Studierenden mit ersten dogmatischen Problemstellungen des deutschen Strafrechts konfrontiert. Dabei geht es nebem dem schrittweisen Erlernen der Technik des sog. Straftatsystems um die Vermittlung strafrechtlicher Prinzipien eines rechtsstaatlichen Strafrechts sowie um aktuelle kriminalpolitische Diskurse.
Begleitet wird die Veranstaltung durch Tutorials zur Klausurvorbereitung in Kleingruppen und zur weiteren Übung und Vertiefung im Umgang mit strafrechtlichen Sachverhalten.
Die Veranstaltung AT I wird im WS 2015/16 fortgesetzt (Grundkurs Strafrecht: AT II / Delikte gegen die Person).
Begleitmaterial zur Vorlesung erfolgt über die E-learning-Plattform Jurmoodle; Informationen zum Anmeldeverfahren für Jurmoodle werden in der ersten Vorlesung gegeben.
