- Im ersten Block (Oktober 2022) ist die Vermittlung von theoretischem Wissen vorgesehen, ergänzt durch praktische Übungen und Beispiele aus der Praxis.
- Im zweiten Block (Dezember 2022) wird u. a. ein Fall aus der Praxis präsentiert, über den die Studierenden ein Kurzgutachten verfassen sollen (Hausarbeit).
- Zwischen diesen beiden Seminarblöcken wird eine selbstständige Wiederholung der theoretischen Inhalte vorausgesetzt.
