This content-based language course is designed for B.Sc. and M.Sc. students of chemistry who have successfully completed the "Englisch für Chemiker I" course.

The focus of the course will be on using the acquired skills of the basic course to further improve the reading comprehension, oral, and listening skills of scientific/academic topics. In addition, writing and translation skills, as well as grammar topics will be dealt with.

Class language is English (Level B2+ of the Common European Framework). The course includes all four skills of English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

Students attending regularly, participating actively in class and completing at least 70% of the exercises and tasks will be awarded 3 ECTS.

Dieser Kurs richtet sich AUSSCHLIESSLICH an Studierende der Fakültät für CHEMIE, die bereits den Kurs "Englisch für Chemiker I" ERFOLGREICH ABSOLVIERT haben.

DIE TEILNEHMERZAHL IST AUFGRUND DER RÄUMLICHKEITEN BEGRENZT.

Teilnehmer werden entsprechend der Fachzugehörigkeit und ihrem individuellen Leistungsniveau ausgewählt.
Bei Teilnehmerüberhang entscheidet das Los.

Mindestens 6 Jahre Schulenglisch werden vorrausgesetzt.
