Carl C. Rogers gilt als Begründer des so genannten personzentrierten Ansatzes. Im Seminar werden wir uns zum einen mit der Biografie Carl C. Rogers und zum anderen mit seinem Ansatz als Beratungsansatz auseinander setzen. Dabei werden sowohl die Wurzeln des Ansatzes als auch dessen Weiterentwicklung und theoretische Grundannahmen beleuchtet. In einem weiteren Schritt fokussiert das Seminar die Abgrenzung zu anderen Beratungsansätzen sowie Kritik an und Grenzen des personzentrierten Ansatzes.
