Current research topics

My research focuses on the causes of well-being, mental health and positive development. On the one hand, our team investigates the role of stress, physical activity and sleep in intensive longitudinal data (e.g. using experience sampling) and, on the other hand, we examine the long-term consequences of risk factors such as preterm birth and protective factors such as a positive parent-child relationship.
