Transitional regulations
Dieser Eintrag basiert auf den Fächerspezifischen Bestimmungen (FsB) für das Fach Bioinformatik und Genomforschung vom 31.08.2012 mit Berichtigung vom 04.11.2013 und Änderungen vom 15.04.2013, 01.04.2014, 15.10.2014, 02.03.2015 und 01.12.2015.
Diese FsB gelten für alle Studierenden, die sich ab dem Wintersemester 2011/2012 und bis einschließlich Sommersemester 2016 für einen Bachelorstudiengang mit dem Fach Bioinformatik und Genomforschung an der Universität Bielefeld eingeschrieben haben und dieses Fach bis zum Ende des Wintersemesters 2020/21 abschließen.
Mit Beginn des Sommersemesters 2021 gelten auch für diese Studierenden die Fächerspezifischen Bestimmungen vom 30.09.2016 mit Änderungen vom 15.09.2017, 02.05.2018, 01.07.2019 und 16.08.2021.
Hinweis: Alle Studierenden, die nicht nach den aktuellen FsB studieren, können vor dem oben genannten Zeitraum gemäß der Bestimmungen in Ziffer 10 (3) der Fächerspezifischen Bestimmungen vom 30.09.2016 mit Änderungen vom 15.09.2017, 02.05.2018 und 01.07.2019 und 16.08.2021 nach diesen neuen Bestimmungen studieren, wenn sie einen entsprechenden Antrag stellen. Sollten die Studierenden diese Möglichkeit nicht nutzen, werden sie ab dem oben genannten Semester in die neuen FsB ohne Antrag überführt.

The studies Bachelor with One Core Subject (Academic) Bioinformatics and Genome Research comprise 180 credit points.

Access to the Master programme is granted to those who can provide evidence that they have a first university degree which has a standard period of study of at least six semesters, qualifies for exercising a profession and is in accordance with the subject-specific regulations.

Degrees from accredited Bachelor programmes at German ‘Berufsakademien’ are equivalent to Bachelor degrees from universities.
Applicants with a university degree obtained abroad are granted access provided that the degree they have acquired is deemed sufficient for this purpose and they can provide evidence of the required language skills.
