Competencies

Das Praktikum schult die experimentellen Fertigkeiten, indem die im zugeordneten Theoriemodul erlernten Kenntnisse in die Praxis überführt werden. Die Studierenden sollen dadurch befähigt werden, Experimente zur zellulären Analyse und biophysikalischen Charakterisierung selbständig zu planen und durchzuführen. Die praktische Umsetzung der erworbenen Fähigkeiten wird in Form eines Portfolios erarbeitet.

Content of teaching

Im Praktikum werden nach Absprache Experimente zur zellulären Analyse und Proteincharakterisierung durchgeführt, die aus einem breiten theoretischen und methodischen Spektrum ausgewählt werden.

  • Versuchsdurchführung mit Protokollierung der Planung, Beobachtungen und Auswertung
  • Anfertigen und Abgabe eines schriftlichen Versuchsprotokolls
  • Gespräch über das Versuchsprotokoll
