Competencies

Das Praktikum schult die experimentellen Fertigkeiten, indem die im zugeordneten Theoriemodul erlernten Kenntnisse in die Praxis überführt werden. Die Studierenden sollen dadurch befähigt werden Experimente zur Synthetischen Biologie selbständig zu planen und durchzuführen. Die praktische Anwendung der erworbenen Fähigkeiten wird in Form eines Portfolios erarbeitet.

Content of teaching

Im Praktikum werden Experimente zur Synthetischen Biologie durchgeführt, die aus einem breiten theoretischen und methodischen Spektrum der Synthetischen Biologie nach Absprache ausgewählt werden.

Portfolio über zwei Versuche bestehend aus jeweils:

  • Überprüfung der Vorkenntnisse (Antestat)
  • Versuchsdurchführung und Protokollierung von Planung, Beobachtungen und Auswertung
  • Anfertigen und Abgabe eines schriftlichen Versuchsprotokolls
  • Gespräch über das Versuchsprotokoll (Abtestat)
