Competencies

Die Studierenden haben Techniken für das experimentelle Arbeiten in Zellkulturlaboratorien erlernt. Sie sind in der Lage, speziell mit tierischen oder humanen Zelllinien unter axenischen Bedingungen zu arbeiten. Ebenfalls werden sie in die Lage gebracht, die Dokumentation der Versuchsabläufe und der erhaltenen Ergebnisse im Praktikum auf einem entsprechenden Niveau in einem Protokoll nachzuhalten.

Content of teaching

In dieser Veranstaltung werden fachspezifische Laborkenntnisse der Zellkulturtechnik vermittelt. Hierfür werden Laborversuche zu den Themen Kultivierung im Zellkulturbioreaktor, Produktgewinnung, Produkt- und Proteinquantifizierung durchgeführt und mit Hilfe des Protokolls dokumentiert.
