Competencies

Das Praktikum schult die experimentellen Fertigkeiten zur Kultivierung von Mikroorganismen in der Fermentationstechnik. Die praktische Ausführung von speziell geregelten Kultivierungsverfahren wird erlernt. Die praktische Anwendung der erworbenen Fähigkeiten wird in Form eines
Portfolios erarbeitet.

Content of teaching

Im Praktikum sollen die Studierenden den Umgang mit Bioreaktoren vertiefen und Strategien für ausgewählte Prozessführungen wie z.B. für Hochzelldichtefermentationen erlernen.

Der Versuch besteht aus:

  • Überprüfung der Vorkenntnisse (Antestat)
  • Versuchsdurchführung und Protokollierung von Beobachtungen und Ergebnissen
  • Anfertigen und Abgabe eines schriftlichen Versuchsprotokolls
  • Gespräch über das Versuchsprotokoll (Abtestat)
