Competencies

Die Studierenden verfügen nach erfolgreicher Absolvierung dieses Moduls über weiterführende Kenntnisse zu historischen, sozialen, arealen und medialen Varietäten des Deutschen und zur Psycholinguistik. Es werden im Fachportal und Basismodul Linguistik erworbene Kompetenzen und Kenntnisse erweitert und vertieft, so dass die Studierenden in die Lage versetzt werden, Fachliteratur selbständig und kritisch zu verarbeiten und kleinere wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen eigenständig durchzuführen.

Content of teaching

Die Lehrveranstaltungen in diesem Modul behandeln die deutsche Sprache als in vieler Hinsicht dynamischen, wandelbaren Untersuchungsgegenstand. Sie schließen eine Vielfalt von Perspektiven ein. Dazu gehören unter anderem die Teilgebiete historische Linguistik, Dialektologie, Soziolinguistik und Psycholinguistik. Die Seminare thematisieren Methoden und Forschungsergebnisse dieser linguistischen Teilgebiete und leiten an zur Auseinandersetzung mit ihnen und zu ihrer Anwendung.

Der Umfang der Studienleistungen entspricht im Durchschnitt 15 Stunden (0,5 Leistungspunkte) bzw. 1 Stunde pro Semesterwoche. Die Formen der Erbringung von Studienleistungen können je nach dem Charakter der Veranstaltung und methodendidaktischer Schwerpunktsetzung
variieren. Es handelt sich dabei insbesondere um:
a) die Erarbeitung und Durchführung einer Präsentation (auch als Gruppenarbeit).
b) das Verfassen kürzerer Texte zu Themen der Veranstaltung
c) die Durchführung eines praxis- oder forschungsbezogenen Projektes (auch als Gruppenarbeit).
d) das kontinuierliche Bearbeiten von Übungsaufgaben in Kursen, bei denen das Erlernen eher analytischer Methoden im Vordergrund steht.
