Competencies

Das Praktikum schult die experimentellen Fertigkeiten, indem die im zugeordneten Theoriemodul erlernten Kenntnisse in die Praxis überführt werden. Die Studierenden sollen dadurch befähigt werden mikrofluidische Experimente selbständig planen und durchzuführen zu können. Die praktische Anwendung der erworbenen Fähigkeiten wird in Form exemplarischer Experimente erarbeitet.

Content of teaching

Im Praktikum werden Experimente im Bereich Mikrofluidik und Einzelzellkultivierung durchgeführt, die aus einem breiten theoretischen und methodischen Spektrum nach Absprache ausgewählt werden.
