Law

Legal issues arise in almost all areas of the professional world. Often, the consequences of professional actions can only be assessed against the background of legal knowledge. Therefore, acquiring knowledge of Law is an important qualification not only for the traditional legal appointments. If you study Law at Bielefeld, you will acquire sound legal knowledge in civil law, public law and criminal law as well as international law and European law. You will be familiarised with the basics of applying the law. Our university has a very well-equipped library with convenient opening hours and an extensive counselling service.
