Chemistry

In many areas, our quality of life today is also based on the continuous discovery of new reactions, substances and materials, the development of new processes and research into biochemical and physiological mechanisms. This is why work in modern Chemistry is extremely interdisciplinary and, depending on the specialisation, also includes sub-areas of physics, mathematics, computer science, biology or medicine. Study content and competences are oriented towards topics of current research. A degree in Chemistry qualifies students for jobs in teaching and research, in the chemical industry, in schools and in business and administration.
