Genome data are becoming increasingly important in medicine, biotechnology, agriculture, and molecular biology – and so is the need for experts who can reliably analyse and interprete very large amounts of data. The Bioinformatic Genome Research degree programme is interdisciplinary: students learn how to analyse data from the life sciences using bioinformatics and statistics, while also gaining the biological expertise needed to understand and put these data into context.
