FsB vom 30.11.2023 mit Änderungen vom 28.03.2024 und 01.08.2025

The Integrated Studies for Primary Education ("Sachunterricht") degree programme at Bielefeld University offers an interdisciplinary education that aims to support primary school pupils in exploring their world. Students acquire comprehensive subject-specific skills in the natural and social sciences in order to develop and reflect on didactically sound teaching and learning processes. The programme covers a wide range of content and promotes an interdisciplinary and multi-perspective approach to these topics.
In the Bachelor's and Master's degree programme, special attention is paid to the interlinking of subject-specific and didactic perspectives. Students learn to understand and apply the educational goals and didactic principles of Integrated Studies for Primary Education ("Sachunterricht"). The programme qualifies students to teach at primary schools, although there is also the option to specialise in 'Integrated Teacher Training for Special Education'. The degree programme thus offers a solid foundation for a successful teaching career and the design of educational processes in primary schools.
