Frau Rosani Thambithurai

Rosani Thambithurai completed her Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in International Health Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda in 2022. She then pursued her Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Public Health at Bielefeld University (2024).

Since September 2025, she has been working as a public health researcher at the Department of Population Medicine and Health Care Research (AG2) at Bielefeld University.

She is involved in teaching activities within the Master of Public Health program at Bielefeld University. During her Master's studies, she discovered her passion for quantitative research methods and data analysis, which continue to be central to her academic interests. Her main research interests and previous experiences lie in the fields of (social) epidemiology, health inequalities, sexual and reproductive health, and global health.
