Current research topics

  • I investigate an unordinary structure of Hungarian, which is long-distance agreement between the object of an embedded transitive infinitive and the matrix verb, which happens to be intranstitive.
    • The presumed template for this is the completely conventional long-distance agreement with transitive matrix verbs.
    • Analogical extension is assumed to play a key role.
  • I am also conducting research broadly related to psycho-historical linguistics.
