After graduating high school in 2014, Sebastian Gruhn (M.Sc.) enrolled in the Health Communication (Bachelor of Science) program at Bielefeld University, where he successfully graduated in September 2017. He then pursued his Master's degree in Health Economics, Policy & Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In his master's thesis, Mr. Gruhn examined the effects of disutilities on cost-effectiveness analyses of cancer screening programs. During this time, he also completed a traineeship at WHO/IARC in Lyon, France. In addition, he gained practical experience in hospital management, market access, and health economic evaluation.
Since October 2018, Sebastian Gruhn is a research associate at the Health Economics and Health Care Management Working Group (AG5) at the Bielefeld School of Public Health.
