230179 Periphere vs. zentrale Hörstörungen - Abgrenzung, Diagnostik und Förderung (S) (WiSe 2008/2009)

Im Seminar sollen zunächst Auffälligkeiten von Kindern mit Störungen der Verarbeitung von Sprachsignalen in den zentralen Hörbahnen von peripheren Hörstörungen abgegrenzt werden. Dazu wird zunächst die Neuroanatomie und Neurophysiologie der zentralen Hörbahn erarbeitet. Es folgt eine kurze Einführung in Ätiologie, Pathogenese und Prävalenz auditiver Verarbeitungs- und Wahrnehmungsstörungen. Anschließen wird die Symptomatologie bei AVWS in Abhängigkeit zu aktuellen Modellvorstellungen aufgezeigt und in Abgrenzung zu peripheren und phonologischen Störungen diskutiert.
Dem theoretischen Teil schließt sich der Themenblock der Diagnostik und Therapie von AVWS an, wobei sowohl objektive als auch subjektive Testverfahren erörtert werden. Im Themenblock Therapie finden übende Verfahren ebenso Berücksichtigung wie kompensatorische Strategien und die Beratung von Eltern, Erziehern und Lehrern.
