Neben theoretischen Grundlagen einiger Kommunikations- und Konflikttheorien, geht es in diesem Seminar vorwiegend um das Verständnis für die "Konstruktive Konfliktlösung".
Sie erarbeiten eine Vorstellung, wie Sie mit Kindern in Konfliktsituationen umgehen und Ihr eigenes Handlungs- und Lösungsrepertoire erweitern können. Es wird viele Anregungen für die praktische Umsetzung von Gewaltprävention in der Arbeit mit Kindern geben, besonders aus dem Alltag einer Förderschule mit dem Förderschwerpunkt emotionale und soziale Entwicklung im Primarbereich
