Beim Volleyballkurs werden unter anderem Themen wie Lehrmethoden, Spielformen, spezifisches Training (Kraft, Sprung, etc.) erarbeitet. Einzelne Themen werden nach Bedarf (Interesse der Teilnehmern) vertieft.

Die Inhalte werden sowohl aus didaktische als auch trainingswissenschaftlicher/ sportpsychologischer Sicht betrachtet.
