Die professionelle Supervision hat sich in den letzten 30 Jahren als arbeitsweltbezogene Beratungsform vor allem im Sozialwesen institutionalisiert, muss sich jedoch angesichts struktureller Veränderungsprozesse in diesen Arbeitsfeldern heute mehr denn je mit veränderten Anforderungen an professionelle Fach- und Führungskräfte in ihren jeweiligen Arbeitsfeldern auseinandersetzen. Im Seminar werden wir uns zunächst mit gegenwärtigen Strukturveränderungen in Organisationen des Sozialwesens und damit verbundenen veränderten Anforderungen an professionelles Handeln auseinandersetzen. Im zweiten Schritt werden Folgen dieser Veränderungen für das Verständnis von Supervision als Reflexionsinstrument im Spannungsfeld von individueller Rollengestaltung, Klientel und Organisation diskutiert.
