Das Seminar findet als laufende Veranstaltung statt. In den Sitzungen werden die einschlägigen Verfassungsgerichtsentscheidungen anhand von Kurzreferaten vorgestellt und diskutiert. Die Übernahme eines Kurzreferats und die regelmäßige Teilnahme ist verpflichtend. Es wird erwartet, dass alle Teilnehmer sich zu jeder Sitzung durch Lektüre der zu besprechenden Entscheidung vorbereiten. Das Seminarkonzept wird in der verpflichtenden Einführungs- und Themenvergabesitzung am 21. April (im angegebenen Raum zur angegebenen Zeit) vorgestellt.
