270037 Schlaf und Schlafstörungen im Kinder- und Jugendalter (S) (SoSe 2016)

Beginnend mit dem Säuglingsalter werden bis hin zum Jugendalter Schlaf und Schlafstörungen besprochen und Interventionsmethoden vorgestellt. Einen weiteren Aspekt stellt die Veränderung der Chronobiologie über diese Lebensspanne dar.

Im ersten Block wird eine Einführung in Schlaf und Schlafdiagnostik gegeben. In den weiteren Abschnitten sollen für die Lebensphasen Säuglingsalter, Kleinkind-Kindergartenalter, Grundschulalter und Jugend zunächst Erkenntnisse zum gesunden Schlaf vorgestellt werden, worauf sich Diagnostik und ätiologische Modelle von Schlafstörungen aufbauen. Für jede Phase sollen Therapiekonzepte vorgestellt und diskutiert werden. Den Abschluss bildet eine Zusammenschau der verschiedenen Konzepte unter der Berücksichtigung von Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschieden.
