In dieser Einführungsveranstaltung geht es um die Erschließung grundlegender pädagogischer (und psychologischer) Handlungsfelder rund um das Thema Grundschule.
Folgende Fragen werden z.B. behandelt:
- Was ist eine gute Grundschule?
- Welche Anforderungen werden heute an Schule gestellt?
- Was ist guter Unterricht?
- Welche Qualifikationen und welches Wissen brauchen LehrerInnen dafür?
- Wie lässt sich dies konkret umsetzen und anwenden?
- Wie hat sich die Grundschule sich zu einer Schule für alle Kinder entwickelt und wie wird sie diesem Anspruch gerecht?
Im Sinne eines Theorie-Praxis-Bezuges werden die o.g. Aspekte v.a. im Spiegel der Laborschule Bielefeld beleuchtet.
