Der Aufbau- und Vertiefungskurs Europarecht wird im Sommersemester 2025 zum dritten Mal angeboten.
Durch die Neufassung der Studien- und Prüfungsordnung findet die Vorlesung Europarecht im Grundstudium bereits im 2. Semester statt. Der AVK schließt an diese Vorlesung an und baut auf ihr auf, um die Lücke bis zur Examensvorbereitung im Europarecht zu schließen.
Im AVK werden zentrale Themen und Konzepte des Europarechts wiederholt und vertieft sowie in den Kontext aktueller Entwicklungen insbesondere in der Rechtsprechung des Europäischen Gerichtshofs gestellt.
