Decision Support enables companies to make data-based decisions. The course teaches methods of decision support such as multi-criteria decision analysis, principles of decision support systems and simulation. In addition, Business Intelligence methods and techniques are introduced, such as data warehousing, performance metrics, and analytics. This course is offered in English only.
