Für einen erfolgreichen Grammatikunterricht bzw. eine erfolgreiche Reflexion über Sprache in der Schule ist es unabdingbar, dass die Lehrkräfte selbst über eine solide Basis in den zu vermittelnden bzw. zu reflektierenden Gegenständen verfügen.
Das Seminar bietet den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern die Gelegenheit, ihre bisher erworbenen Grammatikkenntnisse zu festigen und zu systematisieren. Schwerpunkt des Seminars bilden zum einen die in den Lehrplänen für die Sekundarstufe I vorgesehenen Grammatikbereiche. Zum anderen werden Inhalte thematisiert, die sich für die Sprachreflexion in der Sekundarstufe II eignen. Bei ausgewählten Themen werden neben den sprachsystematischen Aspekten auch sprachdidaktische Gesichtspunkte berührt.
