Der wissenschaftliche Arbeitsalltag stellt Sie vor die tägliche Herausforderung ganz unterschiedliche Erwartungen und Anforderungen unter einen Hut zu bringen. Dazu zählen die Arbeitsgruppe und Fakultät, die eigene Forschungsarbeit, administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben sowie auch die persönlichen und privaten Ziele und Interessen.
In diesem Seminar geht es darum, wie Sie Ihr Zeit- und Selbstmanagement in Ihrer aktuellen Arbeitssituation verbessern können, um Ihre Zufriedenheit zu erhöhen und sich selbst in Balance zu fühlen. Dazu werfen Sie einen Blick auf Ihre Ziele und Prioritäten, optimieren Ihre Wochen- und Tagesplanung und reflektieren Ihren Umgang mit Störungen und Unterbrechungen. Am Ende des Seminars haben Sie konkrete und realistische Umsetzungsschritte geplant.

Wo will ich hin? Was möchte ich schaffen? - Ziele setzen und nutzen
Tun, was wichtig ist - Prioritäten setzen und ihnen Raum geben
Tun, was dringlich ist - Den Tag effizient und realistisch planen
Zeitplanungs-Tools richtig einsetzen
Mit Unterbrechungen und Planänderungen richtig umgehen
Zeitsparen im Alltag
Was schafft Kraft? Die eigenen Ressourcen identifizieren
Balance im Alltag
Erstellen des persönlichen Aktionsplans für das eigene Zeit- und Selbstmanagement
