Clemens Brentanos "Italienische Märchen" wurden als Übersetzung aus Basiles "Il Pentamerone" begonnen. In der wortspielerischen Lust und Phantasie des Autors entwickelten sie sich zu eigenständigen Texten, die in der Geschichte des Kunstmärchens einzigartig dastehen.
Im Seminar sollen die Texte vergleichend analysiert und besprochen werden. Teilnahmebedingung ist ein Kurzreferat zu einem Text oder einem poetologischen oder einem literarhistorischen Aspekt (Kunstmärchen, das Wunderbare, Romantik usw.).
