In diesem Seminar wird sich theoriegeleitet mit verschiedenen Formen der individuellen Förderung kritisch auseinandergesetzt. Diese erarbeiteten Formen werden in einem zweiten Schritt entlang konkreter Unterrichtspraxis – insbesondere in heterogenen Lerngruppen – analysiert und ihre Vor- und Nachteile diskutiert. Hierbei sind bereits gemachte Unterrichtserfahrungen der Studierenden willkommen, um diese im Seminar mit einzubeziehen.
