Contents, comment

Das Seminar zielt im Wesentlichen auf die Entwicklung von Kompetenzen in folgenden Bereichen ab:

1. Theorien und Verfahren zur gezielten und nach wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen gestalteten Planung, Organisation und Reflexion von Lehr- und Lernprozessen problemorientiert und spezifisch anwenden und evaluieren

2. pädagogisches Handeln eigenverantwortlich und innovativ gestalten, Lern- und Erziehungsprozesse schüleraktiv entwickeln und arrangieren

3. Eignung von schul- und unterrichtsspezifischen Steuerungskonzepten und Entwicklungsstrategien beurteilen und eigene Projektentwürfe nutzen

WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Dieses Seminar ist gemäß den Vorgaben des Modulplanes
vierstündig angelegt. Es sind somit beide Seminare zu besuchen: Das semesterbegleitende UND das Blockseminar in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit (5 CP, 150 Std.)

Semesterbegleitendes Seminar (2SWS):
1. im Kleinteam (2-3 Personen; inkl. Betreuung durch den Dozenten): Eine Seminargestaltung oder ein alternativer Beitrag
2. Einzeln: vorbereitende Lektüre von Basistexten inkl. Beantwortung einzelner Aufgaben (mehrfach, aber nicht durchgängig während des Semesters)

Blockseminar (2SWS, verteilt auf drei Blocktage):
1. im Kleinteam (2-3 Personen): Vorbereitung einer Station zu einem didaktischen Handlungsmuster ("Methode", z.B. Stationenarbeit) oder ausgewählter Lernbegleitmethoden (z.B. Lerntagebuch)
2. Einzeln: Professionstheoretische Reflexion (Kurzfassung) zu einer der vier Kompetenzen aus dem BPSt, die im zugehörigen Bericht nicht vertieft behandelt wurden.
