209804 Mastermodul IV "Stoffwechselkompetenz der Eukaryotenzelle" (V+Pr) (SoSe 2023)

Das Modul führt theoretisch und praktisch in die Biochemie von Stoffwechselprozessen ein. Die TeilnehmerInnen werden mit den Mechanismen der metabolischen Regulation und der synthetischen Vielfalt biologischer Systeme vertraut gemacht. Dies reicht von der klassischen und einfachen feed-back- und feed-forward-Regulation über prinzipielle Steuerungsmechanismen auf genetischer Ebene bis hin zur Kontrolle von metabolischen Netzwerken. In eukaryotischen, mehrzelligen Organismen müssen dabei Gewebe-, Zell- und Kompartiment-spezifische Differenzierungen in Betracht gezogen und Modifikationen durch den Entwicklungszustand und Umweltfaktoren berücksichtigt werden. In Systembiologischen Ansätzen werden die Datensätze der Genaktivität mit denen der Proteinmenge und Proteinaktivität verknüpft. In diesem Modul wird besonders die Verknüpfung von C- Und N-Metabolismus berücksichtigt werden. Leistungskontrolle/-nachweise: regelmäßige aktive Teilnahme, Seminarvortrag, Protokoll, benotete Abschlussklausur
