Die Moderationsmethode stellt wichtige Instrumente und Prinzipien bereit, um aktives, selbstgesteuertes Lernen zu ermöglichen und Gruppenprozesse zu strukturieren. Sie stellt jedoch gleichzeitig an die Lehrende/den Lehrenden auch hohe Anforderungen in Bezug auf Flexibilität und Selbstreflexion. Diesen besonderen Anforderungen soll in diesem Blockseminar nachgegangen werden: Nach einer knappen, grundlegenden Einführung in die wichtigsten Prinzipien der Moderation, soll die Reflexion eigener Unterrichtserfahrungen und der Erwerb von Methodenkompetenz im Mittelpunkt des ersten Blocks stehen. Darauf aufbauend, wird es im zweiten Teil des Blockseminars über einen intensiven, strukturierten und erfahrungsorientierten Austausch der TeilnehmerInnen darum gehen, die Methode und die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse für den eigenen Unterricht fruchtbar zu machen.
