In diesem Seminar steht die Vermittlung dramentheoretischen Grundwissens und dramenanalytischer Begriffe und Verfahren im Zentrum. Diese wollen wir anhand ausgewählter Bearbeitungen des Maria Stuart-Stoffes in der Praxis erproben. Dazu werden wir nicht nur die Texte analysieren, sondern uns auch mit unterschiedlichen Inszenierungen auf der Theater- und Opernbühne und im Film auseinandersetzen.

Zur Vorbereitung empfohlen: kursorische Lektüre in einer beliebigen Biographie zu Mary Stuart.

Zur Anschaffung empfohlen:

Friedrich Schiller: Maria Stuart. Stuttgart: reclam 2001.
Franziska Schößler: Einführung in die Dramenanalyse. 2., aktualisierte und überarbeitete Auflage. Stuttgart: Metzler 2017.
